Kdo je ta Banksy se verjetno sprašujete ob branju tegale prispevka, ampak "news flash"... ne veste nič manj, kot sama Londonska policija, ki ji je ta ulični artist že dolga leta trn v peti. Banksy je prikriti grafiter, gverilski umetnik iz Bristola, čigar storitve izražajo močna mnenja o svetu politike, družbe in kulture.
